Salt Cottages in Bar Harbor is looking for Front Desk Agents to join our team!
Full-time, evening positions available, May 17 through the end of October.
Evening shift- 2-10pm.
Pay: $18-$20/hour based on experience.

Located just minutes from downtown Bar Harbor at the Hulls Cove entrance to Acadia National Park, Salt Cottages brings a luxury cottage resort complete with lodge and private cabin accommodations to Mount Desert Island.
Team members wear multiple hats and do “whatever it takes” to create a terrific guest experience for our guests.
As a Front Desk Agent, you set the tone for our guests' stay, providing a welcoming check-in and out experience and serve as an ambassador throughout our guest's stay by providing information on the resort, local area and attractions.
Other responsibilities include:
- Settling guest accounts upon check-out
- Assisting guests with questions or issues
- Effectively communicate with all departments
- Ensure accurate room reservations
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Understands and adhere to Company's brand standards
- Ensure guests needs are met
- May be asked to cross train in different departments
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the area a plus but not required
- Ability to be on your feet for a long period of time
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Must be neat, courteous, flexible and detail oriented
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional with demanding guests and in difficult situations.
